Asters Becomes Warsaw Stock Exchange IPO Partner
>

Asters and the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) signed a partnership agreement under the WSE's IPO Partner Program. As a result, the firm received an official certificate and confirming documents. According to the agreement, Asters becomes a WSE IPO Partner and can now offer consultations to Ukrainian companies wanting to place their shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Having the Warsaw Stock Exchange choose Asters as a business partner is the latest step in the firm's plan to establish working relations with the leading trading floor in Central and Eastern Europe.

"We're proud to announce that Asters is the first Ukrainian law firm to receive the title of Warsaw Stock Exchange Partner," says Asters Senior Partner Armen Khachaturyan. "This new status means that our clients are guaranteed better options for working with Polish lawyers and stock brokers when they go to place their shares."

The WSE is one of the most rapidly expanding European exchanges. The Warsaw Exchange's main trading floor has been operating since 1991. The exchange lists a wide range of financial instruments: stocks, bonds, subscription rights, stocks rights, investment certificates, structured products, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and derivatives. Over 400 companies are listed on the WSE, 10 of them Ukrainian.
