Asters announces new partner Talina Kravtsova

Asters is delighted to announce appointment of Talina Kravtsova as Partner effective 1 January 2020. As a result, Asters partnership has grown to include 29 partners.

Talina has over 15 years of experience working at leading Ukrainian law firms with the focus on family law litigation, including matters of divorce and property division, child visitation and residence, child benefits and child support payments, adoption and custody, status of paternity, and termination of paternal rights. She also advises on the legal issues of citizenship and inheritance (including coordination of multijurisdictional inheritance cases), enforcement of judgments of Ukrainian and foreign courts in Ukraine, and conclusion of marriage agreements. Talina represents both Ukrainian and foreign clients, including high-level state officials and owners and top managers of Ukrainian and international companies.

Talina holds master of law degree from the Zaporizhzhya National University. She is admitted to the bar in Ukraine since 2010. Talina is recognized as a leading family law practitioner by Yurydychna Gazeta's review “Client Choice. The Top 100 Best Lawyers of Ukraine”.
