Asters among active participants of the CIS-Arab Investment Summit

Kyiv, 27-28 November 2010, Asters managing partner Oleksiy Didkovskiy, partners Vadym Samoilenko, Oleksandr Padalka and Roman Kostenko, as well as counsel Dmytro Marichev participated in the 1st Annual CIS-Arab Investment Summit dedicated to the investment growth and development of the CIS and MENA (Middle East & North Africa) region.

The Summit brought together President of Ukraine, Ukrainian government officials and politicians, top executives, investors and leading managers interested in business investment opportunities, while representing various sectors of economy from around 32 countries. Generally, the CIS-Arab Investment Summit aimed at establishing the framework of the CIS-MENA cooperation among top-management as well as opening fresh business opportunities for investment development.

In his presentation, Asters' counsel Dmytro Marichev provided an outlook of investment climate in Ukraine, highlighted the critical legal issues on foreign investments and certain practical aspects of doing business in Ukraine.
