Asters advises VR Capital Group on acquisition of a 50% stake in 34.75 MW solar power plant project

Asters acted as a legal counsel to VR Capital Group on its acquisition of 50% of outstanding shares in PVK Energy Investments (Cyprus) from ICU, an independent asset management, private equity and investment advisory firm specialising in the emerging markets of Central and Eastern Europe. PVK Energy Investments is an owner of Solar Capital, which is building a 34.75 MW solar power plant in Kherson region. 

Asters' team supported its client on all major aspects of the deal. In particular, Asters conducted legal due diligence of Solar Capital, participated in negotiation of transactional documentation and obtained a merger clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
