Asters acted as one of the legal counsels to the State Road Agency of Ukraine in connection with UAH 14 billion (approximately USD 1.75 billion) private domestic placement of bonds with 3, 5 and 7 year maturity. The issue has a coupon of 16.3% and was secured by Ukraine's sovereign guarantee.

Asters' team working on this project included senior partner Armen Khachaturyan and associates Oleksiy Demyanenko and Yuriy Radko.
