Asters provided legal advice to Silver Lake, Michael S. Dell and Dell Inc. on Ukrainian merger control law issues, including obtaining merger clearance from the Ukrainian competition authority for the approx. USD 25 billion acquisition of Dell Inc. by Michael Dell, Dell’s Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, in partnership with global technology investment firm Silver Lake.
