Asters Advises on Football Player Transfer

Asters acted as a legal counsel for one of the leading European football clubs in connection with the Ukrainian law issues pertaining to international transfer of one of the most prominent football players of the Ukrainian Premier League. This high profile deal involved issues of labour and taxation laws as well as FIFA regulations.

Asters' team working on this project included managing partner Oleksiy Didkovskiy and associates Oleksiy Kolchanov and Inesa Letych.
