Asters Advises IFC on USD 10 million Financing to Euro Leasing

Asters acts as a legal counsel to the International Financial Corporation (IFC), a member of World Bank Group, in connection with USD 10 million long-term debt financing to Ukraine's Euro Leasing company. Euro Leasing is a leading private leasing company in Ukraine and part of Atoll Holding Group.

The purpose of the financing is to help Euro Leasing to expand financing to small and medium-sized companies and farmers and improve their access to new, better-quality equipment.
