Asters Advises IFC on Financing to Agricultural Producer Mriya

Asters acts as a legal advisor to International Financial Corporation (IFC), a member of World Bank Group, in connection with providing a USD 35 million three-year renewable working capital facility to Mriya.

This is a second IFC investment in the leading Ukrainian agricultural producer to support and expand its agricultural operations.

Asters' team working on the transaction consists of partner Iryna Pokanay and associates Gabriel Aslanian and Yulia Spolitak.
