Asters advises Horizon Capital on IFC's co-investment in Miratech

Asters acts as a legal counsel to Horizon Capital in connection with a co-investment with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Miratech, a leading next-generation technology services provider.

The legal support of the transaction included drafting the transaction documents and coordinating the signing and closing procedures of the transaction.

Asters' corporate and M&A practice team advising on the project consisted of Partner Oleksiy Demyanenko, Counsel Maksym Tereshchuk, Senior Associate Bohdana Marchuk and Associate Volodymyr Kadyrov. Antitrust team involved in this investment round included Partner Igor Svechkar and Counsel Sergiy Glushchenko.
