Asters Acted as a Counsel to the EBRD in Connection with its USD 25 Million Loan to Arricano

Asters acts as a Ukrainian law counsel to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the EBRD) in connection with a loan of up to USD 25 million to LLC "Comfort Market Luks", a special purpose company ultimately owned by Arricano Real Estate plc.

The proceeds of the EBRD loan will be used to finance the completion and operation of Arricano's new shopping and entertainment centre "Prospect" in Kyiv, which was officially opened on 6 December 2014, and to repay USD 10 million of an existing loan with JSC "Oschadbank".

Asters' team advising on the project consisted of partner Iryna Pokanay, counsel Gabriel Aslanian and associate Inna Bondarenko.
