Yuriy Kotliarov spoke at the III Business & Legal IT Forum

On 6 September 2023, the III Business & Legal IT Forum, organised by the Yurydychna Praktyka publishing house, took place in Kyiv.

Asters' Partner Yuriy Kotliarov participated in the expert discussion "Doing IT business in Ukraine". He addressed the topic of attracting experts for the tasks of the security and defence forces.

He noted that there is no national plan that would systematically address issues related to the country's cybersecurity while taking into account the factors that will help the IT industry retain human capital for its growth and development during wartime. To this end, it is necessary to rethink the formats of engaging specialists, including their reservation. If such a plan is developed in the near future, it will be a "win-win" cooperation between the country and the IT business.

• the reality and opportunities for City residents during the war
• opportunities and challenges for startups during the war
• relations between IT business and law enforcement agencies
