Yuna Potomkina and Anton Sintsov spoke at the IT Ukraine Association's webinar on the renewed reservation procedure

On 6 December 2024, the IT Ukraine Association hosted a webinar where Asters' Counsels Yuna Potomkina and Anton Sintsov spoke about the renewed procedure for reserving conscripts in Ukraine.

The speakers told about the deadlines for reserving conscripts for companies with "old" and "new" criticality. They also described the step-by-step reservation procedure and pointed out that review of the reservation application usually takes 72 hours. They paid a particular attention to the requirements for conscripts who are subject to a reservation. In particular, they noted that such person must be on military record, be in a full-time employment, not be on the wanted list, etc. The speakers also mentioned that the monthly salary of such an employee during the reservation period must exceed UAH 20,0000 before taxes.

Counsels also described the e-reservation cancellation procedure, which is to be launched through the Diia Portal in December this year. They told that once a month, the company must apply to confirm its criticality status.
