On 23 July 2026, Asters Partner Yuna Potomkina and Counsel Anton Sintsov presented “Defence Industry Roadmap: a Guide for Foreign Companies in Ukraine,” which they authored for the National Platform for Resilience and Cohesion.
The guide is designed to help foreign companies navigate Ukraine’s legal and regulatory framework, reduce uncertainty, and make informed decisions regarding market entry and investment in the defence sector.
The presentation took place during a meeting organised by the National Platform for Resilience and Cohesion, bringing together representatives of embassies of Ukraine’s partner countries, as well as Ukrainian and international experts in the defence-industrial sector. The event served as a platform to discuss the development of military-technical cooperation as a key driver of Ukraine’s defence capabilities and the growth of its defence industry.
