Viktoriya Demydenko spoke at the event in Seoul on reconstruction of Ukraine

Asters Counsel Viktoriya Demydenko took part in a seminar on the key issues of Ukraine's post-war reconstruction. The event, which was organised by the law firm Shin & Kim, took place in Seoul on 04 November 2024.

During the presentation, Viktoriya spoke about the key legislative norms and initiatives related to attracting investment to Ukraine. She explained the specifics of industrial parks' regime, significant investments and immediate recovery projects. She also pointed out the peculiarities of the Ukrainian legal system and the major types of contracts in real estate development projects.

The participants of the event also discussed the economic situation in Ukraine, trends in reconstruction by the international community, war risk insurance, investments in railways, etc. They also spoke about possible scenarios for the entry of Korean companies into the Ukrainian market, including with the support of government programs and financial institutions, and presented successful cases.
