Asters' Partner Talina Kravtsova and Associate Maryna Korniienko spoke at the 3rd International Academic and Practical Conference on Family Law, held on 24 April 2026. The event gathered leading Ukrainian academics, practicing lawyers, and state officials to address pressing family law issues.

During the presentation "Parental Responsibility in Ukrainian Family Law: Concepts, Allocation Principles and Dispute Resolution", the speakers covered:

• the concept of parental responsibility across legislation, legal scholarship and societal views
• allocation of responsibilities after parental divorce
• disputes over child's residence, involvement of one of the parents in child's upbringing and maintenance
• parental agreements as an effective tool for detailed responsibility allocation tailored to specific circumstances
