Inesa Letych spoke at the WSG Employment and Labor Group Europe Meeting 2023

Asters' Counsel Inesa Letych spoke at the WSG Employment and Labor Group Europe Meeting 2023. The event took place on 21 - 22 September 2023 in Dusseldorf (Germany) and gathered lawyers from leading law firms to discuss the most important topics withing the legal industry.

Inesa participated in the panel discussion dedicated to the new multigenerational workforce. She shared her insights and ideas on how to arrange the work of the team consisting of different generations. She mentioned that each of them can contribute something unique for better work results and a healthy work environment. Older generations generally offer knowledge and experience, younger generations – new ideas and innovative approaches.

During the event, participants also discussed the Pay Transparency Directive in the EU as well as retaining young talents in the workplace, bullying, remote working, reduction in the working week, and AI.
