Inesa Letych moderated the session at UBA's I Labour Law Forum

Asters' Counsel Inesa Letych moderated the session at I Labour Law Forum hosted by the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA). The online event took place on 08 November 2022. During the session devoted to the court practice related to the labour disputes the representatives of the three court instances discussed:

• the main trends of labour disputes settlement, the recent opinions of the Supreme Court
• labour disputes in wartime
• performance indicators of the court system in wartime

Other sessions were devoted to issues related to employment relations during wartime (relocation, remote work, suspension and termination of employment, mobilisation, reinstatement of employment on the de-occupied territories etc.) and possible ways to improve labour legislation.
