Inesa Letych and Oksana Petrus held a webinar for member companies of the IT Dnipro Community

Asters' Counsel and Co-Head of Employment and Immigration Inesa Letych together with Counsel and Head of IT Oksana Petrus held a webinar “Gig-specialists or full-time employees: what is suitable for you?”. The event took place on 17 December 2024 and was organised by the IT Dnipro Community.

The speakers presented the specifics of concluding Gig-contracts, their advantages and disadvantages. Having successfully implemented projects for Diia.City residents and extensive experience in the IT industry, they gave practical advice for companies on how to choose the best model for structuring relations with specialists, taking into account employment and tax regulations, as well as reservation and military registration issues.
