Constantin Solyar spoke at the ITU Legal Talks "International structuring of IT business: legal and tax issues, entry to and exit from an international IT project"

Asters partner Constantin Solyar became a speaker at the ITU Legal Talks online meeting "International structuring of IT business: legal and tax issues, entry to and exit from an international IT project", organized by the IT Ukraine Association.

During the event, the speakers discussed the goals of international structuring, the choice of jurisdiction, corporate governance, business protection in Ukraine and the USA, the latest changes in legislation and their impact on IT companies, optimization of the corporate structure, adaptation to changes in legislation and market conditions, further steps after the sale of the project, several tax strategies, and reinvestment of the received funds.

Constantin Solar, using a real case as an example, drew attention to the importance of planning a tax strategy for the exit/sale of the project at the initial stage of its creation and analyzed possible optimal tax strategies for such a sale and reinvestment of funds.
