Asters and SK&S held a joint webinar on GDPR

On 16 February 2024, Asters (Ukraine) together with Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak (Poland) hosted a webinar "GDPR: Polish and Ukrainian perspectives". During the event the speakers, Partner at Asters Julia Semeniy and Senior Associate at SK&S Sylwia Macura-Targosz, explained the general principles of personal data protection law in the two jurisdictions, the types of personal data and the main principles of their processing.

They also answered the following questions:
