Anzhelika Livitska spoke at CBU's Business Club meeting focused on Ukraine's restoration and rebuild

On September 28, 2022, the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine arranged a Business Club's meeting devoted to restoration and rebuild of Ukraine during the postwar period. Asters' Counsel and Head of Construction, Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development Anzhelika Livitska during the presentation spoke about the most important novelties related to the construction of civil protection facilities, namely:

• new regulation for civil protection facilities (bomb shelters, shelters)
• financing for construction and reconstruction of civil protection facilities
• new peculiarities to rent the civil protection facilities

During the event the Mayor of Irpin Oleksandr Markushyn shared the plans on rebuilding the infrastructure and private objects, since 70% of the city was damaged at the result of the active hostilities. Other speakers delivered relevant statistics of Ukrainian new buildings' market and outlined the prospects to attract financing for restoration of infrastructure objects from international funds/organizations.
