Oksana heads Asters' IT industry group. She has over 10 years of professional experience as a legal advisor in Ukrainian and international law firms, as well as in-house counsel, providing practical legal solutions to technology companies.

Oksana focuses on developing relationships with IT companies. She ensures collaboration of firm's legal experts in different areas of law to deliver comprehensive legal advice with an industry-focused approach to clients.

Advising multinational tech companies from Silicon Valley, Canada, the EU, the UK, and Israel on a wide range of legal and operational issues;
Ensuring effective legal support for IT product and outsourcing companies in Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and other EU countries (total – 25+jurisdictions);
Advising multinational tech firms on various legal matters, such as acquiring local IT businesses, establishing development offices in Europe and Latin America, copyright transfers, employment, data protection, and tax structuring;
