Olga advises Ukrainian citizens and non-resident individuals on various issues of family and inheritance law. The directions of her legal activity include representation of clients' interests at the stages of pre-trial settlement of conflicts and during judicial procedure. Olga pays significant attention to the settlement of family relations matters (property and children-related issues) in a contractual manner. In addition, Olga's professional interests include advising and legal support in surrogacy programs.

Olga actively participates in lawmaking activity and regularly presents speeches at field-specific conferences and seminars. She is an author of publications and comments for Ukrainian and foreign editions and provides expert advice to leading Ukrainian TV channels.

Advising the client, a citizen of the Republic of Singapore, on Ukrainian legislation matters as to conclusion of a marriage contract and the procedure for its legalization for a specific list of states. Representing interests of the client in negotiations as to agreeing the terms and conditions of the marriage contract. Drafting the marriage contract in cooperation with the client's legal counsel in the Republic of Singapore, and providing legal support in signing the marriage contract.

Representing and supporting the client, a citizen of Ukraine permanently residing in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, in a divorce process, in particular, representing the client in the negotiations, drafting a contract on spousal property division and a contract on determination of the place of residence of children, the procedure for communication and payment of child maintenance, providing legal support in signing contracts, and representing the client in court proceedings on the marriage dissolution.

Acting as a Ukrainian counsel of the client, a citizen of Georgia, in a dispute on recovery of child maintenance and establishing the procedure for communication with a child.
