Asters was Acknowledged by the World Bank for Contribution to "Doing Business 2009" Preparation

Asters' partner Oleksandr Padalka and associates Tetiana Buchko and Vadym Mizyakov have been recently acknowledged by the World Bank for their valuable input to preparation of the report "Doing Business 2009".

The Doing Business project is an annual publication of the World Bank and International Financial Corporation that benchmarks the business regulations in 181 economies worldwide. "Doing Business 2009" is the sixth in an annual series of reports providing objective measures of business regulations and their enforcement based on the data collected through local experts, including lawyers, business consultants, accountants, freight forwarders, government officials and other professionals routinely administering or advising on legal and regulatory requirements.

Asters associates' contribution, in particular, comprised professional advice on requirements and regulations in corporate law which should be applied when starting a business exactly in Ukraine. It is the third year in a row of Asters' appreciated cooperation with the World Bank on its analytical project and Asters, in return, look forward to continued work in order to make evident the essential terms for the Ukrainian economical grow.
