Asters promotes Oksana Legka to a counsel position in the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice
Asters is delighted to announce that Oksana Legka has been promoted to a counsel position in the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice.
Oksana Legka joined Asters as Associate in November 2009, being promoted to Senior Associate in May 2016. Prior to that, she worked as a junior lawyer in a leading Ukrainian law firm. Oksana holds master of law degree from the National Academy of Management and completed MBA program at AFW Wirtschaftsakademie Bad Harzburg (Germany).
Oksana's legal expertise spans a range of areas including dispute resolution, corporate, M&A, and general commercial issues with a particular focus on regulated industries that include agriculture, FMCG and TMT. Oksana Legka also advised on complex and novel disputes, as well as represented clients' interests before Ukrainian courts of all levels and international arbitration tribunals. Her notable representations and advice include acting for VimpelCom, ED & F Man Holdings, S.C. Johnson, Philip Morris Ukraine, Swedbank, Telia Carrier etc.
