Armen Khachaturyan commented Asters' recent developments, including rebranding and acquisition of litigation practice and other developments in Ukrainian legal market. This year's conference "Law Firm Management" was organized by the Law Firm Management Committee and European Forum of IBA in cooperation with LegalStudies.RU. It brought together over 160 managers of leading law firms, professional consultants and journalists of specialized mass media from 18 countries.

When commenting the conference Mr. Khachaturyan said: "Leaders of law firms in the CIS and their international colleagues demonstrated the great wish to interact and share their managerial experience in the new economic environment. In the current difficult situation with global financial instability the conference has become especially useful for its practical look at the most efficient managerial techniques for business development and profit generation, cost optimization and non-financial motivation of personnel".
