Asters on the 2012 Guard of Social Responsibility

In March, the all-Ukrainian GVardia magazine presented the 2012 rating of the most socially responsible companies, with Asters being the only law firm incorporated into the Ukrainian ranking of openness and consistency in the CSR sphere. The magazine's rating is led by Metinvest, followed by DTEK and SCM Group.

Questionnaires filled in by companies, public social reports, individual expert assessments by the board members were used to rate each firm. The CSR-2012 rating demonstrated apparent positive initiatives of Ukrainian businesses in the sphere of social responsibility, including compliance to international standards, systemic approach to social investments and their dimension, the ever growing corporate efforts in nurturing human capital and environmental protection.
