Asters Leads in Ukraine's 2014 Ranking of Law Firms

For the 4th consecutive year Asters remains No.1 Law Firm in the annual ranking 50 Leading Law Firms of Ukraine conducted by Legal Practice weekly in association with Forbes Ukraine and Interfax News Agency.

This year research published on 25 November 2014 highlights Asters' dynamic development, its high reputation and involvement in the most significant transactions of 2014. In particular, Asters worked on the largest transaction out of 50 biggest public deals and advised clients in 13 out of 20 largest public transactions in the field of antitrust law remaining an absolute leader in the number of successfully completed transactions in this practice.

The annual ranking 50 Leading Law Firms of Ukraine is a result of the comprehensive independent survey of the Ukrainian legal market carried out since 1997 by Legal Practice weekly (since 2014 in association with Forbes and Interfax). The ranking is based on a number of criteria, including the revenue for the last 12 months, number of lawyers, financial efficiency, reputation within legal community, completed transactions and litigation cases. The researched period covers 12 calendar months: IV quarter of 2013 and I-III quarters of 2014.
