Asters Associate Selected as an Exclusive Reporter of the International Arbitration Case Law Project

Asters' associate Yaroslav Petrov, officially joined the editorial staff of reporters of the International Arbitration Case Law project (IACL) initiated by the School of International Arbitration (SIA), Centre for Commercial Law Studies and Queen Mary University of London.

This endeavor is aimed at disseminating important decisions that are relevant to legal practitioners and scholars in the field of international arbitration and dispute resolution. The project's objective is to summarize, edit and coordinate the publication of decisions rendered by arbitral tribunals, international tribunals and national courts in matters of international arbitration and related legal issues. On the IACL webpage one can find legal information concerning decisions of international tribunals dealing with foreign investment, commercial arbitration, and other associated disciplines as well as on the recognition and enforcement of international law by national courts.

Asters has considerable experience in defending clients' rights before the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as other international commercial arbitration institutions, including SCC, AAA and others. Asters' associates also assist clients in recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and judgments.
