Asters Advises Swedbank AB in Connection with Sale of its Ukrainian Subsidiary

Asters acted as a legal counsel to Swedbank AB in connection with sale of its Ukrainian subsidiary JSC "Swedbank" (public) to Mr. Mykola Lagun, the majority shareholder of JSC "Delta Bank" (Ukraine).

Asters' advisory role in the transaction included the structuring advice, drafting transaction documents, their negotiation with the purchaser and assistance at the completion stage of the deal.

Asters' team included senior associates Yevgen Porada and Yevgen Kravtsov and associate Iryna Scherbyna headed by managing partner Oleksiy Didkovskiy and senior partner Armen Khachaturyan.
