Asters has acted as a legal advisor to ISIDA (Kyiv, Ukraine) and its shareholders on the sale of a controlling stake in ISIDA to Advent International, one of the largest global private equity firms operating in Ukraine.
Asters' months-long support of the transaction covered such stages as conducting negotiations with the buyer, advising on the transacton structuring, preparing necessary documentation, assuring all transactional obligations are met, obtaining the merger clearances, and coordinating the closing procedures.
The new shareholder configuration and investment will boost ISIDA as a leading healthcare and medical services provider in Ukraine. Backed by Advent's investment, know-how and access to market intelligence, ISIDA will be able to expand its best-in-class care facilities and provide high quality services to more clients in Kyiv and other regions of Ukraine.
