Asters Advises Creative Group on USD 255 Million Syndicated Loan Facility

Asters acted as a Ukrainian legal counsel to Creative Group in connection with a USD 255 million syndicated loan facility from PJSC Ukrsotsbank, a member of Unicredit Group, VTB Capital PLC, Erste Group Bank AG and Societe Generale.

The facility will be used to finance the purchase, storage and processing of sunflower seeds into the commodities for sale on the domestic market and under the export contracts.

Creative is one of the largest agricultural groups in Ukraine with a vertically integrated corporate structure, a leader in Ukraine's fats and margarines market and one of the country's largest producers of bottled sunflower oil.

Asters' team working on this project included senior partner Armen Khachaturyan and associate Oleksiy Demyanenko.
