Asters Advises Belron on Franchising Matters in Ukraine

Asters acted as a Ukrainian legal counsel to Belron International Limited in connection with its entering into the Ukrainian market for the repair and replacement of automotive glass through the franchising arrangement with a Ukrainian counterparty.

Berlon International Limited is the worldwide leader in vehicle glass repair and installation acting in 34 countries on five continents and serving globally 8 million customers, including Safelite®, Autoglass®, Glass Medic® and Carglass® (the latter is represented across many countries including all of Continental Europe, Scandinavia, South America and China).
