Arricano Head of Legal Svitlana Renkas kicks off the 10th season of EBA-Asters Legal School

On 13 March 2018, Svitlana Renkas (Head of Legal Department (residents) at Arricano Real Estate plc held the lecture on disputes concerning the attraction of share contributions at EBA-Asters Legal Development Program (EBA-Asters Legal School), a unique free of charge platform for Ukrainian legal practitioners sharing experience and best practices to secure legal support and protection of business. 

Lectures in the anniversary tenth season of the Legal School will be delivered by the leading Ukrainian experts, in particular: Olga Lukianova (Head of Legal Department & Compliance Officer at Henkel Ukraine) and Igor Olender (Judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine). 

The new season introduces the expansion of the Legal School agenda by the hottest Ukrainian business law issues, such us the new state aid law (the lecture will be delivered by Asters Partner Igor Svechkar and Counsel Sergiy Glushchenko); labor and family law aspects of threats for business (lecture by Asters Senior Associate Inesa Letych and Associate Olga Lepikhina); as well as implementation features of renewable energy projects (lecturer: Asters Partner Yaroslav Petrov).
