Tetiana has over 10 years of experience during which she has advised on all aspects of Ukrainian competition law: general competition compliance, merger control, vertical and collaborative agreements, abuse of dominance, as well as on unfair competition and consumer protection issues. She regularly represents clients before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in investigations and sector inquiries, develops competition compliance programs, and delivers training to client management and sales & marketing employees.
Ms. Vovk has had experience working in multi-national teams advising on EC and national competition law in global cross-border projects while employed by a leading European law firm.
- contractual arrangements: assessment of the distribution agreements (including online trading issues), direct supplies, franchising; marketing services, merchandizing, and category management arrangements; joint product research and development (R&D) agreements, joint manufacture and distribution, and information exchange arrangements;
- unilateral commercial practices: pricing, discounting (including loyalty rebates), special sales campaigns, supply and payment terms differentiation, product launches; assessment of marketing and advertising terms, and materials for compliance with unfair competition rules;
- competition compliance issues with a special focus on the pharmaceutical, the automotive, and retail industries; and
- other issues arising during the AMC inspection, investigations, and inquiries.
