Inesa co-heads Asters Employment practice and focuses on labour and employment law matters, including employment planning, collective bargaining, employment of top-management, benefits and compensations, reorganizations and redundancies, employment aspects of domestic and international corporate transactions, immigration, employment policies, outsourcing and industrial safety.

Her legal expertise covers resolution of labour disputes, as well as in dealing with any HR crisis or sensitive employment matters.

Her additional areas of practice are in corporate, regulatory, compliance and data protection.

Ms. Letych is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences and a contributor to Ukrainian and international publications on labour and employment law.

Representative experience:

advised Molson Coors, a multinational brewing company, on various ongoing employment matters related to the day to day business of its Ukrainian subsidiary, including the full scope audit of HR documents for the company, maintenance of the company's HR records, the drafting and implementation of labour protection procedures, as well as in dealing with various matters on the employment of top managers, their salaries and compensation, collective bargaining, and other related labour law issues;
advised S.C. Johnson, a global manufacturer of household cleaning supplies and other consumer chemicals, on various issues of labour and employment law, as well as occupational safety matters;
advised VISA Ukraine on various ongoing employment matters related to the day to day business of the company;
advised E D & F Man Holdings, a major global supplier of food, feeds, and biofuels, on labour and corporate law aspects of the operations of sugar production facilities in Ukraine;
advised one of the largest corporations in the United Arab Emirates on various Ukrainian corporate and labour law issues relating to the establishment of business in Ukraine;
advised VimpelCom, a leading international telecommunications holding and a parent of the leading Ukrainian mobile telecom operator Kyivstar, on USD 2.2 billion Eurobond issue by its subsidiary VimpelCom Holdings B.V;
advised one of leading European pharmaceutical companies on a dispute with the local pharmaceutical regulator over the distribution of the client's products, which involved a ban on the circulation of the client's products in Ukraine;
advised one of the largest trading companies in Japan on various Ukrainian labour and employment law matters, including occupational safety.
