  • advised an ad hoc group of lenders on the successful restructuring of a USD 2.066 billion debt of DTEK, the largest private, vertically integrated energy company in Ukraine;

  • advised the IFC and EBRD on a number of secured loan facilities provided to Ukrainian companies in various sectors with a total value of up to USD 2 billion, including advising the EBRD in regards to a 3.29 billion UAH capital increase for UkrSibbank, as well as advice to the IFC on a loan of up to 100 million USD to Nibulon - one of the largest Ukrainian grain and oilseed producers and exporters;
  • advised the EBRD, the IFC and the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) in regards to 190 million USD of secured financing, as well as 180 million USD of secured financing to Concern Galnaftogaz - a major Ukrainian petroleum distributor;
  • advised Barclays Capital, Citigroup, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. London Branch, ING Bank N.V. and SACE in regards to the restructuring of Interpipe's debt portfolio of 887 million USD;

  • advised the China Development Bank in regards to a number of agreements on its long-term strategic partnership with Ukrtelecom (a leading Ukrainian national telecommunications operator) and Huawei Technologies (one of the largest Chinese networking and telecommunications equipment and services companies);
  • advised Coal Energy S.A., a Luxemburg-based holding running ten coal mines, and recycling and processing plants, in Ukraine, in regards to 70 million USD financing provided by the EBRD;
  • advised Swedbank AB in regards to a 30 million USD loan facility provided to OJSC TAS-Kommerzbank;
  • advised ING Bank N.V. in regards to a 20 million USD pre-export finance facility to Grain Trading Company, which is part of the Cyprus-based Allseeds Group;
  • advised the Bank of America Merrill Lynch, The Royal Bank of Scotland, UBS Investment Bank, and Dragon Capital on a 250 million USD debut issue of Eurobonds by Mriya Agro Holding Public Limited - representing one of the leading Ukrainian agricultural groups.
