EU Economic Law Summer School

Asters Law Firm supported the EU Economic Law Summer School organized by the Faculty of Law of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman on 4-10 July 2016. The participants of the Summer School visited Asters' office, where they attended the lecture of Asters' partner Julia Semeniy and had an opportunity to get acquainted with the daily work of one of the largest Ukrainian law firms from inside.

We are grateful to Asters for the support of our initiative", - comments Olena Nazarenko, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law of Kyiv National Economic University and coordinator of the EU Economic Law Summer School.

 

25 students studying Law and Economic sciences in 20 leading universities of Ukraine were preselected to join the Summer School. During one week the participants of the School attended lectures dedicated mainly to the economic aspects of the European integration. Speakers' panel of the School included Ukrainian and foreign lecturers – experts in the EU Law, as well as legal practitioners from leading Ukrainian law firms. The EU Economic Law Summer School was supported by European Business Association (EBA).
