The ranking highlights Asters' support on Ukrainian law issues to Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan (UK) on Ukraine's USD 3 billion claim in the English courts over its default on Eurobonds held by Russia. The UK Supreme Court ruled in early 2023 that Ukraine had an arguable defence of duress that should be heard at trial.
