ROSHEN's Executive Director Artem Saprykin opens the new season of EBA-Asters Legal School

On 15 September 2021, Artem Saprykin, Executive Director at ROSHEN corporation, held an online lecture on corporate governance in private companies kicking off the new 16th season at EBA-Asters Legal Development Program (EBA-Asters Legal School). This project is a free of charge platform for Ukrainian legal practitioners sharing experience and best practices to secure legal support and protection of business.

The School's agenda includes modules on the most pressing Ukrainian legal issues in business, such us the legislative regulation of remote work (the lecture will be delivered by Kateryna Marchenko, Deputy Legal Manager UA&MD, FE at Coca-Cola Beverages Ukraine Limited, and Inesa Letych, Counsel at Asters), as well as working with distributors (lecturer: Olena Limakova, Head of Legal Sandoz Ukraine and Eurasia sub-cluster). Also within the Legal School's program, Asters Partner Julia Semeniy will analyze the protection of intellectual property rights in the context of reforms, Asters Partner Oleksandr Vozniuk will hold a lecture on down raids of the AMC, and Asters Partner Sergiy Grebenyuk and Counsel Orest Stasiuk will talk about law enforcement and business security. All lectures in the new season will be delivered online.
