On 5 March 2019, Maria Paias (Legal Director at L’Oreal Ukraine) held the lecture on compliance in relationship among suppliers, distributors and clients opening a new season at EBA-Asters Legal Development Program (EBA-Asters Legal School), a unique free of charge platform for Ukrainian legal practitioners sharing experience and best practices to secure legal support and protection of business.
Lectures in the new season of the Legal School will be delivered by the leading Ukrainian experts, in particular: Sergiy Zhukov (Judge of the Economic Court of Cassation of the Supreme Court) and Anna Zharova (Head of Legal and Compliance at Philips Ukraine).
The new season introduces the expansion of the Legal School agenda by the most pressing Ukrainian legal issues in business, such as outstaffing (the lecture will be delivered by Asters Partner Sergiy Grebenyuk, Counsel Orest Stasiuk and Counsel Inesa Letych) and effective communication with counterparties (lecturer: Asters Partner Oleksii Reznikov). Also within the Legal School's program Asters Of Counsel Leonid Antonenko and Counsel Oles Kvyat will shed the light on the regulation of LLC activities.
