The largest Ukrainian law firm launches Asters Arbitration Moot Court School, the new free of charge educational programme aimed at developing skills of Ukrainian students participating in the most prestigious international arbitration moot courts.
Asters Arbitration Moot Court School will consist of two main courses: Legal Writing and Oral Advocacy to be held in English on 12-15 December 2019 at Asters office located in the heart of Kyiv.
The educational programme will feature two international high-profile course leaders: Ben Beaumont, an experienced barrister, arbitrator and mediator from the UK, co-founder of International Dispute Resolution and a founding Chairman of Forum for International Conciliation and Arbitration, and Dr. Affef Ben Mansour, an independent counsel and arbitrator, Associate Researcher at Paris Ouest Nanterre La Defense University (France). Additionally, independent counsel, Olena Gulyanytska, LL.M (Georgetown), a qualified lawyer specialised in international arbitration and dispute resolution, will bring her experience to the School.
The registration for Asters Arbitration Moot Court School is open to Ukrainian law students who are current or potential team members participating in Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court and FDI Moot Court. The number of the School's participants is limited, and the deadline for application is 5 December 2019.
