Asters Advises Česká Exportni Banka on the Loan Agreement with Ukrainian Glass Producer

Asters acted as a legal advisor to Česká Exportni Banka (CEB), one of the leading Czech banks, in connection with providing USD 11.5 million secured loan to Volnogorskoe steklo Ltd, a major Ukrainian glass producer.

This is a third CEB investment in the leading Ukrainian glass producer to finance equipment purchase and reconstruction of the glass factory.

Asters' team working on the transaction consisted of partner Iryna Pokanay and associate Yulia Spolitak.
