Managing partner Oleksiy Didkovskiy is recognized as a "highly experienced professional who has been involved in a number of acquisitions, including the takeover of Poltava Diamond Plant by Element Six from the De Beers Group" in the M&A practice and as a "highly skilful lawyer" in the Project Finance.

The independent research recommends Armen Khachaturyan, Senior Partner and Head of Banking, Finance and Securities Practice, in four practice areas – Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, M&A, and Management Labour and Employment.
